To secure your event date, the first step is to complete a consultation form for the service you’re interested in. Once your consultation is received, an estimate will be sent for your review. After you approve the estimate, an invoice will be issued. A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to officially reserve and lock in your date.

The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event.

All retainers are non-refundable. In the Mixx does not offer refunds unless the event is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the scheduled event date, as stated on the estimate and invoice. A $75 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of reason. Rescheduling may be available based on availability.

Gratuity is not required, but if a tip jar is not permitted, a service charge may be added.
